Poggenpohl kitchen for LEED Platinum home

Poggenpohl designs kitchen for first LEED Platinum home on the California coastline

990 Ocean Front in Laguna Beach, designed by Tresor Properties and architect Mark Singer, is the first LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Platinum home on the California coastline. The upscale 3,600-foot property combines design and sustainability to create an environmentally friendly home, without sacrificing beauty. Tresor’s designers include Brittney Fischbeck, Jeff Fischbeck, Ken Kischbeck, John Fischbeck, Michael Fischbeck, and Natalie Heimstra. “Our vision was to build an efficient and state-of-the-art home using high-quality materials to create luxury beyond one’s imagination,” states Jeff Fischbeck. Tresor Properties is working on a neighboring house, 992 Ocean Front, which should be completed this summer.
Poggenpohl recently hosted an exclusive VIP and media Cocktail Reception at 990 Ocean Front to celebrate an “Evening of Eco-Excellence”. “Combining high-end design with state-of-the-art building technologies is our passion, and that is why we partnered with Tresor,” said Ted Chappell, President of Poggenpohl US. The evening’s guests were in awe at the home’s stunning design while enjoying Mionetto Prosecco, hors d’oeuvres and admiring a beautiful sunset. Poggenpohl is grateful to its event sponsors: including Gaggenau, Blanco, Rohl, Porsche Design and Cosentino.
